We are looking for a dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our dynamic Kindergarten team in Hamburg (open to both full-time and part-time applicants).

Your Responsibilities:
Deliver individualized guidance to children throughout their developmental stages
Design, coordinate, and execute engaging programs and events
Foster collaborative relationships with parents using an educational partnership model
Collaborate effectively within a professional team environment
Your Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualifications
Enthusiasm for the field of Early Childhood Education; prior experience is beneficial
Commitment to our pedagogical values; eager to contribute creatively as part of a team
Proficiency at C2 level English; openness to learning German with a focus on achieving fluency
