Your Role
Foster a warm classroom environment where students feel encouraged to engage creatively and develop their musical talents enthusiastically.
Craft compelling music lessons that align with both the Berlin Curriculum and our internal guidelines—balancing practical skills with theoretical knowledge is key!
Assess students through various methods while offering constructive feedback; accurately document their progress as well.
Personalize learning strategies to suit different abilities so each student can thrive individually at their own pace.
Engage actively in parent-student-teacher meetings by sharing updates about progress or addressing any concerns.
Your Background
Possession of a Master’s degree (in education/primary education/music) or equivalent qualifications such as PGCE/PGDE is preferred.
Ideally holds hands-on experience teaching within primary school settings.
A keen interest towards developing innovative educational concepts centered around personalized student growth will be highly valued!
Eager passion combined with motivation towards embracing our pedagogical approach would make you stand out.
