For our elementary school in Hamburg, we seek a driven and skilled Teaching Assistant (part-time, starting at the beginning of the 2025/26 academic year).

Your Responsibilities:

• Assisting educators with daily lesson-related duties

• Planning independently and leading activities in after-school programs and holiday care sessions

• Engaging in communication with parents, staff members, and external partners

• Supporting classroom decoration efforts as well as supervising field trips and break times

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or equivalent qualifications in Education or Childcare along with strong professional expertise

• Experience within a primary education environment

• English proficiency at C2 level coupled with an eagerness to learn German

• Open-mindedness combined with flexibility; oriented towards solutions

• Alignment with our educational philosophy alongside enthusiasm to execute it creatively while working collaboratively within a team
