About the position

Bilingual Kindergarten & Crèche | Munich Alt-Bogenhausen | Part-time or full-time

Phorms Campus Munich is looking for a qualified Early Years Educator, Nursery Teacher or Kindergarten Teacher for our bilingual kindergarten and crèche in Munich Alt-Bogenhausen, close to the English Garden.

In our international early years setting, we support children in their individual development and create a warm, inclusive and respectful learning environment. This role is ideal for an English-speaking early years professional who enjoys working with children in kindergarten, crèche, nursery or preschool age groups.

Your responsibilities

• Supporting children in their learning, wellbeing and individual development

• Planning and implementing age-appropriate educational activities

• Observing, assessing and documenting each child’s learning journey

• Creating a caring, safe and inclusive kindergarten and crèche environment

• Building trusting partnerships with families

• Working collaboratively in an international, bilingual early years team

Your profile

• Qualification in early childhood education, childcare, social pedagogy or a comparable field

• Experience in kindergarten, nursery, crèche, preschool or early years education is desirable

• Very good English skills at native-speaker or comparable level

• Willingness to develop German language skills to at least B1 level

• Team spirit, empathy and a child-centred pedagogical approach
